"Ok, to say that you love your insurance provider may seem a bit "twee," but I don't care. We moved our coverage from USAA to State Farm in January and have been loving it! "We have had our insurance with State Farm for many years (45+), and Matt is an exceptional State Farm agent. His office is well-run and responsive to customers' needs. Matt and Barbara are wonderful to work with. They are both friendly and helpful and answer all questions thoroughly. If we call with any questions, they return a call to us quickly. Barbara was incredibly helpful to us when we were relocating. Several weeks prior to our move, she contacted us to see if things were still moving on schedule. "i have been with state farm for over 5 years. I love Barbara and she has been absolutely the best agent ever. when i call they know you by first name and they know all the details of my life i tell them every time we call. In doing that, I spoke to and interacted with Barbara on several occasions.
